I thought that Muslims don't come under OBC. But 49 out of 360 is bit less and I feel you have less chance. However I am attaching a link that will predict college for you:

You have scored less than eligibility criterias for NITs, etc. in 12th. Hence, that option is ruled out. If your state is accepting JEE Mains score, then you have some chance of admission in Govt college.

Your rank is almost 5 L. I feel it would be real tough to get admission in any good college in Odisha. However, it all depends on how many other students have scored more than you. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

Various entrance exams are there like IITJEE,UPSEE,IPUCET,WBJEE, KCET,COMDEK, AMUEE etc. Clearing these exams will give you admission in government engineering college.

As per your marks and category in JEE Mains your chances are very slim for getting any government colleges. So look forward for other colleges via exams that you may have applied for.
