BTech is the flagship course of MNNIT Allahabad. It has been ranked by NIRF and other ranking agencies. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad BTech ranking 2023 has also improved, from 47 out of 300 colleges in 2022 to 49 out of 200 colleges in 2023. The Outlook 2023 also ranked MNNIT Allahabad 13 under the BTech category. IIIT Allahabad BTech cutoff 2023 for Information Technology was 1335 for SC and 654 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses. As per IIIT Allahabad JEE Main cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 9270 for General category candidates in All India quota for Electronics & Communication Engineering. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 15613 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
