First of all, if you are not interested in engineering, then you should opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.
But, I would recommend you to complete your engineering, because you have already invested 2 years in the same, if you would give only 1 year, then it will be fine but 2 years is a huge time.

There are a few institutes which take students according to the UG percentage. Just know those institutes and apply. If you want to study in well reputed Institutes, it's not possible without any entrance exams.

Dear Abhishek,
There website mentions nothing about admission but it must be through Directorate of Technical Education, Maharastra. Check with them. in case you fail to clear their test try for admission in universities like Lovely, Manipal, DIT, etc where it can be through marks in Diploma or university conducted test.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some of these universities even offer scholarships.
Good luck.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
No, you are not eligible for government colleges with your marks and rank in JEE Mains. You need to go for private colleges. Board marks don't matter in JEE Mains counselling. For Maharashtra, if your state merit list will be under the cut off of government colleges, then only you will get, otherwise, with JEE, you won't get.
