IIM Amritsar offers three sepcialisations for the MBA programme:MBA (General)MBA (Business Analytics)MBA (Human Resources)Candidates seeking admission in any of the aforesaid MBA specialisations must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories). Also, candidates should have a valid score in CAT exam as IIM Amritsar shortlist candidates based on their CAT percentile for the Personal Interview (PI) round.

IIM Amritsar inducts candidates for the MBA programme based on a valid score in CAT exam. Candidates should prepare well for the CAT exam as only those students whose CAT percentile is above the closing rank mentioned in the cut-off list published by IIM Amritsar will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round. Candidates who qualify for the Personal Interview (PI) round will be required to report to the admission cell at IIM Amritsar for document verification and fee payment for completing the admission process.

As per the unofficial, the total tuition fee for a three-year BCA course is INR 93,000. This fee is mentioned as per the details provided on the official website of IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU). Apart from this, candidates also have to pay for a one-time refundable security fee. At Global Institutes, candidates for all UG & PG courses are offered direct admissions based on the merit obtained in the last qualifying exam. However, the institute accepts LEET exam scores for candidates who wish to take admission to BTech (Lateral Entry) course. There are 20% of the total seats filled for BTech (LE) applicants.
