The university is well-equipped with facilities like internet with wi-fi, medical room, utility shop, photostat, PCO-cum-stationary store and general store, among others. For admission to IIM Amritsar for the flagship MBA (or PGP) course, the result of CAT 2024 has been announced on December 19, 2024. Candidates, who appeared for the entrance exam can now download their CAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for IIM Amritsar admission.

For admission to MBA (or PGP) 2024 batch at IIM Amritsar, the CAT test will be conducted on November 26, 2023. Aspirants of IIM Amritsar are required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam 2023 will be held in three slots:Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AMAfternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PMEvening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PMEarlier, the CAT exam used to be of 180 minutes with 100 questions but in 2020, both exam duration and number of questions were reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic. Now, starting CAT 2022, the total number of questions stands at 66 as part of CAT pattern.

Yes, CAT 2023 dates for admission to IIM Amritsar are out. To apply for the CAT exam, candidates are required to create an account, fill the CAT registration form and pay the exam application fee. The 2023 CAT form have to be submitted by a certain deadline after which no application will be accepted. For 2023 CAT exam, CAT registration will go on between Aug 2 and Sep 20.
