Actually the rank was very good which having a good chance of getting a seat in here but when coming to caste if there are members who are more prior category with high rank and low ranks the seat will be allotted to them. As you are from BC-B category and your rank is also good, I hope there should be definitely a chance to get you a seat.
But, I'm saying there's a chance to get but cannot guarantee because if there's any person with lower rank and higher priority category then they may have get the chance.

As far as I know, there is no special treatment for an RGUKTian in EAMCET. I am listing the past years cutoff ranks at JNUTU Anantpur. You should get an idea of what ranks you need. Please check the branch as the closing ranks vary for each branch, and yes I am listing for General category, since I don't know which category you are belonging to.
