The authorities follow certain guidelines and process in case two or more candidates secure the same ranks in TS ECET. Firstly, the candidates who have secured more marks in the Engineering subject will be allotted higher. If the tie still persists, then the marks secured in Mathematics, followed by Physics will be taken into account. If the candidates have secured the same marks in all the four subjects, then the candidate who is older in age will be allotted the higher rank.

The authorities will prepare and release the official TS ECET syllabus online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. The authorities will use no other mode to release the syllabus of TS ECET. All details regarding the subjects and topics that will be referred to while preparing the TS ECET question paper will be released through the syllabus. It is very important for the candidates to refer to the syllabus before commencing their preparation for TS ECET. 

Candidates must have graduated in computer applications, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 50% aggregate in order to be admitted to the MCA program at Aditya Engineering College.
