Hello,
Yes, we have good placements everywhere for MBA course.
Lateral Placement is for people having work experience of 2 years or more, and it happens typically a month before the final placements. This means that the package can relatively higher for these middle-level roles (Consultants, Managers, etc.)

First of all congratulations, with 143/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 97.89 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 98.5% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in very good colleges across the country.
