Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University is affiliated with more than 100 colleges and institutions. Out of all Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management Science provides the maximum number of MBA seats. The total number of seats offered in this college is 432. The admission process to get into the MBA course at JNTUK and its affiliated college- Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management Science are the same, in which candidates must their a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% and must achieve a valid score in Andhra Pradesh ICET.

Subjects included in the first semester of MBA courses at JNTUK are a combination of elective and core subjects. In the first year, the students are provided exposure to core management subjects. In the second year of study, students have to choose an elective to pursue dual specialisations. The names of the subjects included in the first semester are as follows: Management and Organisational Behaviour Managerial EconomicsAccounting for Managers Legal and Business Development Cross Cultural Management, etc.

Yes, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University does offer internships for MBA courses. According to the information available on the official website of the university stated that candidates will get summer internships followed by submission of project reports. Moreover, through this internship, students are provided with enough industry experience.

To get admission to a two-year MBA course, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Admission to the MBA is entirely entrance-based. Candidates are offered admission based on a valid score obtained in the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam. This is a state-level entrance exam conducted by  Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. Further, candidates who qualify for this exam are called for the counselling process. However, candidates can always opt for other entrance exams for admission to MBA courses at JNTUK-affiliated colleges.

Currently, JNTUK has not released the commencement date of MBA classes for new sessions i.e., 2025. However, according to the previous year's academic calendar. The classes for MBA courses have been statarted on August 22, 2024. Hence, for this year the classes might begin on similar dates to the previous batch.
