Most law schools require a graduation degree (like BSc, BA, BCom) with a minimum percentage (usually around 45-50%).However, regarding your B.Ed arrear, you would need to clear it before getting the official degree or completing the course requirements for B.Ed. It is unlikely for someone having rank 57,290 in AI-ML to get a seat under the government quota. As per earlier data, the cutoff ranks have been much lower with the Round 1 cutoff being 4734 for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET examination. The college has a total of 60 seats for B.Tech in CSE (AI and ML), charging tuition of INR 2.91 Lacs for four years. A seat free from the college is possible only by trying for state scholarship schemes or any external funding, as the college does not have any provision for free seats based solely on the rank.

With a rank of 4723 in the APEAMCET, you might get a chance to bag a free seat in the Veterinary course in government colleges. Generally, the cutoff rank for Veterinary courses in government colleges like Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati, and College of Veterinary Science, Rajahmundry, is around 5000-6000. So you are above that cutoff hence may become eligible for a free seat. There are close to 460 veterinary seats available, 240 in government colleges and 220 in private ones. Free seat tuition in government colleges is INR 0, while private colleges charge an annual tuition fee of INR 1.5 - 2 lakh.
