Yes, you can try for B.Pharm in Assam University but you have to appear in the entrance test conducted by Assam University. The filling of form is going on for the entrance test. As you have got the eligible percentage for B. Pharm all you need is to give the entrance test and crack it. According to the merit list published after 2 weeks from the entrance you will be able to manage the seat.

As per Eligibility Criteria, Candidates who have passed 10+2 level examination with individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology both in theory and practice and 50% aggregate marks in the above subjects are eligible for admission.
So you have no chances here.
