Candidates seeking M.Tech admission at IIIT Guwahati are required to apply with a valid GATE score. However, merely having a valid entrance test score does not guarantee admission. No, IIIT Guwahati M.Tech admissions are entrance-based. As per the institute's official website, it accepts a valid GATE score for admission to M.Tech courses. For selective courses, the institute also accepts NET scores. Based on these scores, students are shortlisted for the Personal Interview process.
