The range of salary packages available is 8 LPA to 18 LPA, with 30 LPA to 40 LPA being the largest. Students majoring in CSE or ECE often earn a sum this size. Tezpur University's off-campus placements are better this year. Placements: At least 50% of the students got placements through on-campus and off-campus placements. One of the most popular student majors at Assam University is computer Science and engineering. Assam University's BTech placement rates, however, are lower than those of other state and central universities. Nevertheless, compared to other disciplines offered under the BTech programme at Assam University, the CSE discipline in particular is significantly superior.Applicants must sit the JEE-Main test to be considered for admission to the BTech programme in Computer Science Engineering (CSE). To be qualified for Assam University's counselling process, they must obtain a respectable rank.
