Admission to the MBA programme at Guwahati University is solely determined by a student's merit, both as an undergraduate and as a result of their performance on the national and university entrance exams. The university administers its own admissions exam. However, individuals who have passed national entrance exams, such as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT, and have a score of at least 75 percentile, are excluded from taking the exam. Earlier, the the highest and average package offered during NIT Silchar placements 2022 stood at INR 44 LPA and INR 13.58 LPA, respectively. Further, more than 94 companies visited the campus and 397 students were placed during NIT Silchar placements 2022. Apart from this, the top recruiters during NIT Silchar placements 2022 included Amazon, Microsoft and Adobe.
