NIELIT has more then 20 centers in country so you will get exposure with national level students. On the other hand SRCEM has decent placements of 3 LPA to 4 LPA and exposure is just average and remember it is a private institute so fees is again high.So, overall NIELIT Kolkata is much better compate to SRCEM.

Yes, you can get into NIELIT but 12th class is just an eligibility criteria. National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Kolkata has eligibility criteria of 50% marks in 10th and 12th or in ITI. With 12th qualification you can get admission in O level courses, they are beginners courses in IT.
