Jindal School of Hotel Management is a popular college located in Vadodara Gujarat. While RIG Institute of Hotel Management is located in Delhi-NCR and Noida. Both of these universities are affiliated to open universities and foreign universities as well. Most of GMAT test takers get score of 400 to 600. Almost Every 2 out of 3. Yes with this score you can try to get admission in these b schools. But it also depend on GD/PI. Many good private universities also accept GMAT score of this range. You can also try for XUB, Great Lakes, ISB, BIMTECH.
