Yes, you can apply for the masters as well as for the UG programs too but the age limit for UG is 23 years maximum.
Currently the application for NIFT entrance exam is going on and you can apply till 3rd of January by paying the late fee if you failed to register by 28th of December.

Distance course in technical subject has been under restrains lately by AICTE. I suggest you go for full time campus study as aftermath is not too colourful compared to full time. Moreover distance courses as such in technical subjects already provide hinderence in study.
