If there is no exam then via your JEE Mains rank you can fill your preferences in OJEE counseling its similar to JOSSA but here you will only see the colleges in Odisha there you can fill your preference as CVRCE there will be a provisional allocation followed by verification at nodal center and a final verification and admission at CVRCE.
