Yes, candidates who want to take admission at NOU, state doesn't matter, if you have good marks you apply for the course. Apart from this, the minimum eligibility should be match as per course requirement. The amount to be paid in favor of Nalanda Open University, Patna. This is note that, no cash medium would be accepted to paid the amount.
