This programme grooms students to be absorbed in responsible positions opening a wide spectrum of opportunities in the service sector. With all the knowledge and skills, the students have options to choose careers in hotels, Cruise liners, F&B outlets, Flight Kitchens, retails, tourism sector or in the corporate world as the programme imparts substantial management inputs too along with tourism studies.Diploma ProgramThis programme is of one and half year duration and we offer Diploma in two streams, Food Production and F&B Service, with one year of intensive training in the institute and 6 months industrial training in star hotels in any location in India. The students are groomed with hands on training with more stress on the practical skills so that the students can be confident performing their responsibilities in the industry.
