The basic requirement for the admission in PG courses is that the students must hold the degree of graduation from a recognized board or university, secondly, there is carried out an entrance test to select the students on the basis of the merit. You need to fill up a form and go for the registration (I think the cost of which is INR 350/-).

PGDGS course is of one-year duration. It will be necessary for students admitted in this course to pass in each paper of the course separately, securing at least 33% of marks in each paper. Appear for CAT exam first. Get enough marks, and then take admission. After that you have to check whether the college gives distance learning facilities.

You are correct. Most of the study centers of NOU are located in Bihar and Jharkhand. So you have to choose the nearest study center as per your convenience and reach.
