Yes, It is a very important criteria for Colleges. Every colleges sets it's criteria of Admission like NIT, IIT and other government colleges need 75% in 12th. Also, your 12th marks is asked by recruiters while placements.

Dear Abhi, Yes. Exams for all the courses have been conducted for this year and results are announced for few subjects. And the exams will be conducted next year also.
