For admission in long term courses at NIELIT, Chandigarh, candidates must appear in the entrance examination. Generally, NIELIT entrance examination happens every year in the last week in the month of june every year. For admission in all Non formal courses like O Level, A Level, B Level and C Level of any branch, entrance exam is mandatory. As DOEACC O Level course, is a long term course and it is of O Level, the applicant must give the entrance examination. Thus, you can not get direct admission to DOEACC O Level course at NIELIT, Chandigarh.

NIT Calicut offers B.Tech in 10 different specialisations. Candidates have to score at least 75 percent aggregate in their class 12th Board Examinations.
