Yes, for admission to BBA at Chandigarh University, qualifying for CUCET is mandatory. Students are selected only via a valid score of CUCET. This is an in-house entrance exam of Chandigarh University, which is conducted by the university in an online mode for most of its UG courses. To get admission to BBA, Chandigarh University has prescribed minimum eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled at the time of admission. Those who pass Class 12 in the respective subjects from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. The minimum required percentage in the last qualifying exam of Class 12 ranges from 50-60% aggregate. The minimum eligibility may differ from course to course as for admission to BBA (General) course, students should get a minimum of 50% aggregate, while for BBA (Hons) courses, students must get 60% aggregate in their high secondary final examination.

For admission to two-year MCA course at Chandigarh University, there is a minimum eligibility that needs to be fulfilled at the time of admission. As per the university's official website, those who are willing to get admission to MCA course at CU must pass graduation either in BCA or any equivalent UG degree in the respective subjects from a recognised university. Apart from this, the university also offers MCA in two different specialisations namely, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Cloud Computing & DevOps.
