Since I'm a student, I can express my opinion. I will surely consider Chandigarh University before visiting both LPU and Chitkara since I am not biassed in any way. Three of these universities are the top ones, and I am from Punjab. Universities are excellent in and of themselves, but Chandigarh University is my top focus.Recently, the NIRF ranking became known.
