Depends on the college you are taking the entrance of. Go to their website, and just surf through it for a while. Usually, the past papers are uploaded on the website of the university at all discloses it, otherwise, you are on your own and would just have to go to the entrance ready to embrace any question they deem fit to decide if you deserve a seat in their college or not.
And, sometimes Google can help you find the past year question papers too. So, just Google it.

Latest cutoff of punjab University for BDS is based on neet score ie
For government college -
General - 440-480 Rank( 34200-35200)
OBC. -445-470 Rank (38750-40000)
SC-. 285-315 Rank(180200-182200)
These would vary by +/- 5 marks on the basis of college selection
For private institutions it varies lot from 300-500
So better visit a site of particular private college and get in contact with their admission incharge.
