You can do an MBA, but not any of the Science programs you mentioned. Science is a very specialised current. A humanities scholar wouldn't be able to do much with it, so this jump is not allowed. I think you should do an MBA. It seems tough to get a medical college on 520 marks. You will be minimally needing 550 marks to get a MBBS college in Gujarat. Better luck next time.
