The admission procedure for the Master in Public Health MPH course is done online on the official website of the Center for Public Health at Panjab University. The procedure is:
1. There will be a notice published on the notice page of the Center for Public Health (PU) regarding the same.
2. Only regular government employees with at least one year of service experience can be admitted under the "in-service" category for five seats. The rest of the seats are open to general candidates, and two seats are available for NRI applicants.
3. The applicant needs to have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university.

I would say LPU is the best choice for doing M.Com

According to their official website, The admission to M.Sc. Anaesthesia takes place on 1st of July every year. And here are the required qualifications: B.Sc. In Medical Technology (Operation Theatre) from a recognised University with at least 55% marks and at least 3 years experience in their respective fields after obtaining qualification of B.Sc. I would certainly say that a government medical college is good, not just in terms of placements but fees, as you have always heard that medical colleges require a lot of donations apart from fees but in a govt. college of medical sciences the fees will be in your budget but also the faculty will be intellectual and the teacher-student ratio is good.
