Five states - Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh - and Puducherry have government medical colleges with NRI quotas. Unlike caste-based quotas, which are to compensate for historical deprivation and backwardness, the NRI quota is for being able to charge Lakhs as fees. If you are talking about M.A. in HRM and LR the Unreserved cutoff was 74 and for armed forces it was 69.
For M.A. Globalisation and Labour, the cutoff was 69 for Unreserved. The Armed forces cutoff was 62.
In short: The general trend is that Armed forces Cutoffs are generally 5 to 7 marks below the Unreserved Cutoff.
