Both the universities are good. The School trains its students in the campus hotel named University Hotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchens and bakeries are equipped to enable students to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gadgets. We have four training restaurants to teach students about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. LPU labs are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation. Both chitkara and CU are good, however, being LPU alumni, and pass out student of CSE department, I can give better information regarding LPU. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware.
1 Placements :Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. During the placement year, 2020-2021 Cloud ERA has offered 31 Lacs Per annum (CSE) in 2019-2020, CODE NATION has offered 31 LPA.

You can follow the steps to proceed: Step 1- Sign Up Register on LPUs admission portal with your basic details. You will receive mail once you have successfully registered. Login at LPUs admission portal with an already created username and password.
Step 2- Application for Admission Fill the application form and submit. Select your programme from the list. Make a partial payment of Rs. 10,000/- (Application fee, i. e. , Rs. 500; Rest under the programme fee of the first semester). Upload the documents for verification. Pay the balance fee within the time frame as set by LPU. In case, you would like to appear for LPU NEST for scholarship purposes, you may proceed with depositing the test fee later on.
