Yes, Apollo Engineering College has an experienced faculty which gives students quality education. Overall 3.7 ratings have been given on Shiksha platform in terms of faculty as teachers are all Mphill and Ph.D. graduates. Yes you can take admission into BTech at Apollo Engineering College without TNEA but you have to meet the eligibility criteria that is 50% marks but in BE the counselling is only through TNEA.
