Yes, Pandit Ravi Shankar University in Raipur, Chattisgarh follows seat reservations for BCom courses. The reservation of seats will be made as per govt. Rules for SC/ST/OBC/PH category. In case no candidate is eligible /available for admission under the reserved category the seats will be treated as unreserved and will be made available for general category candidates. Additionally, the university also reserves seats for domicile students.
