Admission to Kalinga University is based on the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). The KALSEE is a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by Pearson VUE in various cities across India and other countries. The application process for admission is online with an application fee of INR 1200.  The KALSEE is required for all courses at Kalinga University, including: Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctorate. The university also conducts its own entrance exam for the PhD programme. The MBA admission process begins with MBA entrance exams followed by GD/PI.
