Yes, university is valid for pursuing PGDCA. The University recognition details are given below.
1. The University is recognised under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act.
2. Other recognition include AICTE, NCTE, BCI and DEB.
3. It is the first University in the state of Chhattisgarh to be awarded an ISO: 9001-2008 Certification.
4. Membership of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
5. NACC B+
6. NIRF Ranking Under Top 200 University
PGDCA is 12 months duration distance learning course and the eligibility criteria is Graduate in any Subject. So you can pursue the PGDCA course. For more details please see the 2019-20 prospectus.

Yes, M.Sc in Botany is a legalised and well-recognised course running for many decades. There are no issues in getting a job after completing this course in that particular field where such a course is required.

Hello,
UGC has decided that no professional course could be done by distance education mode and hence debarred all universities from offering such courses by distance education mode. In view of this, I do not think Kalinga University will be offering engineering graduation under distance mode. However, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to a degree in engineering.
