Hi Kundan,
No, you can't get any nits or government colleges with this score in JEE Mains. Better if you go for state private colleges of West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh etc. Or go for Amity, LPU, Galgotia, Sharda University, etc.

Hello M Ibrahim, It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in software. You can seek admission to your state colleges if you have cleared entrance exam of your state. For NIT's etc. You need to clear JEE Mains. For admission in deemed to be universities, you need to clear concerned university's entrance exam. Best wishes.
