Hi Yogita,
If the University is same and affiliated college is different, you could have directly taken admission in the 3rd year. However, whenever there is a change in the university, you have to start afresh from the 1st year, unfortunately. I'd suggest, if you really do not wish to continue under any college of Kalinga university, only then you should go for CV Raman University.

They offer an Integrated Course in Mass Communication. The Degree is UG-PG Integrated Course and there is no Sole- UG Degree offered by the GGU. You can check their website as well.
