Kalinga University, Raipur is a student-centric UGC-approved university that attracts students from India and over 20 international countries. It is the eighth private University in India that is approved under Section 12B by the UGC.The DPharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) course offered by Kalinga University is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), which is the statutory body that regulates the education and practice of pharmacy in India. This means that the D.Pharma degree awarded by Kalinga University is valid and recognised by the Government of India. The DPharma degree is a two-year Diploma course that trains students in various aspects of pharmacy, such as drug composition, manufacturing, distribution, and safety. After completing the DPharma course, students can pursue higher studies in Pharmacy or start their career as a pharmacist in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. 

To secure a DPharma seat at Kalinga University, candidates must appear for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). KALSEE is an entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University to offer admission to various Kalinga University courses. Candidates are required to fill out the online KALSEE application form with all the required details. While submitting the form, candidates must pay the application fee of INR 1,200. Candidates must appear for the KALSEE exam and score a minimum of 50%. After the exam, the University releases lists with names of candidates who have passed the KALSEE exam. Now passed candidates must make course registration on the official website of the University. After registration, candidates must pay the Kalinga University BPharma course fees thereby concluding the admission process.
