Amity University Raipur admissions are entrance-based. The university conducts its entrance exam, AMCAT for shortlisting candidates. Apart from this, Amity Raipur also accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CUET UG, JEE Main, etc. for admission to specific courses. After completion of the selection rounds, the shortlisted candidates are called for verification of the documents. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

According to the NIRF report 2023, a total of 37 students of MBA course were placed during Amity University Raipur MBA placements 2022. Earlier, in 2021, a total of 38 students of MBA batch 2021 were placed in reputed companies. Going back to 2020 placements, 24 students of MBA batch 2020 were placed out of total 38 students.

Yes, Aspirants with at least 70 percentile for CAT/ MAT are eligible for direct admission at Amity Raipur and stand exempted from the entrance exam. Only GD & PI will be conducted for eligible candidates. Besides, candidates can also take regular admission in MBA programme based on their score in CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ Amity Test. Shortlisted aspirants are then required to come for a personal interview round.

CAT is one of the accepting exam for Amity Raipur MBA admission. However, it is not mandatory to get admission through CAT score. Candidates can also qualify other national-level Management entrance exams such as MAT/ GMAT/ GRE or Amity Test to get admission in MBA programme. For MBA International, aspirants can apply with XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/GMAT/ NMAT/ AMCAT score. Selected candidates are further called for a personal interview round for selection.

IIM Raipur was set up by Gvernment of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development in 2010 at Raipur (capital of Chhattisgarh). Also Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) are very reputed college since they are under central government and also because of the results they have yield over time.IIM Raipur has been ranked 11 in 'Management Institutes' category in the NIRF 2023, climbing up 3 ranks from last year's rank. So you can completely trust the validity of its degree.

VGSoM was set up as first school of management under the IIT system in around 1993. It is within IIT Kharagpur. IIT Kharagpur, as an established world class institute, helps VGSoM leverage its strength in terms of infrastructure, intellectual resources etc.As of 2022, VGSoM was ranked 12 and IIM Raipur was ranked 14 by NIRF. The average salary package of VGSoM and IIM Raipur are INR 19.36 LPA and INR 17.73 LPA respectively in 2022. VGSoM offers 2 specializations and average tuition fee is INR 16.5L while IIM Raipur offers 3 specialisation with average tuition fee equal to INR 10.81L. You can consider other factors too.

IIM Raipur was set up by Indian government in 2010 in Chhattisgarh. It extends over 200 acres of land in Atal Nagar. The institute fall under Ministry of Education.The fee for the first year is 9.3L (including academic charges, lodging charges and some miscellaneous charges.) For the second year it is 8.6L approximately. So in total it costs you around 18L for 2 years (which includes medical insurance too). Caution deposit is to be paid once.
