Yes, the selection to BSc (Hons) is based on Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) conducted by the university and Class 12 score. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB or PCMB or Agriculture with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc (Hons) course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent under vocational stream and studied Biology and Agricultural Practices as Vocational Subjects including theory and practical with 50% aggregate can also apply. The total fee of BSc ranges between INR 3.02 Lacs and INR 3.95 lakh. The fee excludes exam fee, professional development and placement training fees. The total fee of BSc, includes a one-time admission fee of INR 5,000. The total fee for BSc (Hons) Agriculture is INR 11.24 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics and with one of the following subjects: Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies or pass in Class 12 Vocational stream (with the subjects General Machinist, Electrical Machines and Appliances, Electronic Equipments, Draughtsman Civil, Auto Mechanic, Textile Technology, etc.) with any of the Engineering related subjects, namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with average aggregate of 50% put together is required to apply for the BTech course. Additionally, candidates must pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with at least 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Zoology/ Botany/ Computer Science (provided the candidate has not studied Mathematics in Class 12) to apply for BTech Biotechnology/ Food Processing Technology.
