There is a provision for the open students to avail of admissions into AIIMS provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria includes the following with respect to the AIIMS admission:Educational Qualification: Students should pass their 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as the core subjects. The open board examinations (e.g. NIOS) should be recognised by the Ministry of Education in India.Minimum Marks :- Students in the General category must secure at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) in the 12th exam.
