Finding a part-time job while studying at Aarhus University is a common practice in Denmark. The job market in Aarhus is competitive, but there are opportunities available for students, including positions in customer service and with large international companies. Students are allowed to work 37 hours per week (for EU & Nordic citizens) or 20 hours a week (for other foreign students), and some students even hold jobs relevant to their studies.

Technical University of Denmark as well as the University of Copanhagen are two well-known institutions in Denmark and great study abroad options for students. When it comes to rankings, the University of Copanhagen beats Technical University of Denmark with the rank #107 in QS World University Rankings 2024.
