The tuition fee for the IIEST Shibpur MBA course is INR 4 lakh. At the same time, the fee at IIEST Shibpur seems high when compared with NIT Durgapur. The fee structure at NIT Durgapur is INR 1.5 lakh. Based on the above comparison NIT Durgapur is a more affordable option to purse an MBA course. Placement records, and the quality of education overall, may also be considered when comparing these programmes.

To be eligible to get a seat at NIT Durgapur for BTech/Integrated BTech/Integrated MSc courses, candidate must attain the requisite cutoff rank as per the category they belong to, in the JEE Main exam.
