Admissions to all programs are also made on the basis of Manav Rachna National Aptitude Test (MRNAT) for which the scores shall automatically be picked up for merit.MRNAT: MRNAT is conducted online all over India every year for admission to UG and PG programs offered at Manav Rachna. Those who get Merit in the MRNAT exam are offered a 100% scholarship. MRNAT covers the qualifying exam syllabus (e.g., XII or Graduation as the case may be) and aptitude for the programme applied for.

The cutoff marks for the faculty of Computer applications at manav rachna changes every year. manav racha international institute of research and studies (MRIIRS) in faridabad harayana  offers 124 courses, including Master of Computer Applications (MCA), with an average annual fee of INR 1,81,500.
