According to the University of Helsinki's website, Indian students applying for international master's programs are required to submit a copy of their passport or residence permit card, as well as their educational documents from Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences. The educational documents should be uploaded as a clear copy or scan of the transcript of records to the application system. Official translations must be certified on each page with the stamp and/or signature of the translator, and self-made translations are not accepted. The translation of an educational document must be submitted as an official educational document. 

For the international master's programs, the minimum TOEFL iBT score required is 92, with a minimum score of 22 in the writing section.
