Yes, it is indeed possible to get an MBA at University of Cergy-Pontoise without work experience as there are several universities in France including the University of Cergy Pontoise which allow admissions without work experience.The alternative admission requirements for the MBA programme include specific documents such as a research proposal outline (for MA and PhD programs as well), a student visa, health and life insurance, proof of fee payment, photographs, an online application form, a resume/CV, a declaration for financial support, a motivation letter and language proficiency to grant your admission.

No, the University of Cergy-Pontoise is not a better option than IIM Lucknow, India for doing an MBA. When we compare the rankings and status between the two, the difference is noticeable with IIM Lucknow having a considerably higher ranking with better career prospects for those aiming to work in fields related to finance, administration, consultancy, management and more. In addition, the overall expenditure including tuition fees and living expenses is comparatively lesser for those in IIM, Lucknow as opposed to the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
