HEC, Paris has a number of financial aid schemes for international students including the HEC Paris Merit Based Scholarships to international students. Please be specific with your course choice, which programme do you plan to enroll into? Please also mention your educational qualification. Otherwise you can also check here for Masters degree programs:

Very frankly, 55% is not a good score for a top notch university like HEC. Please study harder and try to secure not less than 70% if you can. A first class is a minimum requirement if not 70%. A very good GRE score is required, aim for more than 310. You have to work extra hard on your tests and application since your college aggregate is poor. You have to take the TOEFL or IELTS too. Your SOP or resume and the LORs will be very crucial. Also work on developing your overall profile and be an all-rounder for top notches.

At least 2 or 3 years work experience would be required after you complete your B.Tech. And if you are a brilliant student you can be considered. GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS scores must also be submitted. HEC is amongst the top ranked business school. These are mentioned on the university website by the way. HEC also has top ranked MS Management programs which you can apply into without work experience. You may prioritise your requirements and decide.

If you are planning for MBA, you need to have work experience. Backlogs are not recommended for any top ranked B-School such as HEC but if your overall profile is outstanding then such failures can easily be surpassed. Please mention what you want to pursue.

Both the institutes are well known in France. EPITA is very popular for research work and producing computer security graduates. It is the graduate school for computer Science. ISEP on the other hand, is good for engineering. Visit the link mentioned below for detailed information:

You must learn French to read the article, though. This website is one of the popular sites followed by students in and outside of the France, when it comes to the selection of schools. I will advise you to write to them, and request for the career rep
