No, direct admission is not possible in IHM Shillong. The admission is based on the merit and entrance exam scores. IHM conducts its own entrance exam under the National Council For Hotel Management (NCHM). The exam is held in two parts: the written and the interview. After clearing both rounds you can get admission in IHM Shillong.

Well, IHM Shillong offers a variety of courses in hospitality and tourism management. The best course for you totally depends on your interest. If you are interested in a career in the hospitality industry, then the Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) course is a good option. If you are interested in a career in the tourism industry, then the Bachelor of Tourism Management (BTM) course is a good option. Both courses are accredited by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering (NCHM&C).

Yes, IHM Shillong is a good institute for an UG Diploma. It is a government-funded institute. The institute offers a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management (DHM) course. The course is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering (NCHM&C). The institute has a good infrastructure and faculty. The placement record of this  institute is also very good.

IHM Bodhgaya placements seem decent based on some sources mentioning good records. However, specific data is limited. To get a clearer picture, consider-1.Contacting the college for placement details.2.Checking alumni reviews on LinkedIn.3.Comparing placements of other IHMs.This will help you gauge IHM Bodhgaya's placement performance.

As this is a very new college there is no data available online . This didnt have any NIRF ranking as it was started in 2019. if you want to take admissions here you need to consider the following things-Are your seniors getting a good job and do you have a good aluminai network.ask from the current students of that college (take a note of attendence and the syllabus )Ask your seniors reguarding the faculty teaching there.

There are many scholarships. Some of them I have listedNational Scholarship Schemes: The Government of India offers various scholarship programs for students pursuing higher education in India. (the amount is not very high. but it is better then nothing)State Government Scholarships: Some state governments in India offer scholarships specifically for students pursuing hotel management courses. (ussually you get around 60k per year as scholarship for being a student of this college)

IHM Ranchi's BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is considered relatively cheap as  compared to many other private hotel management institutions.Total fes is around Rs 3.3 lakh.If you plan to stay in college hostel it self you will need 30k each year extra. and your personal expences.Overall it is not that expencive. And if you are a day scholar it will become even more cheap for you.
