Almost 100% of the students got internships in different reputed companies like The Oberoi, The Taj, ITC, The Leela, Hyatt, JW Marriott, etc.Infrastructure: There are different practical rooms like different kitchens for different levels of the course, computer labs, library, restaurant, etc., to meet different needs of the course. The quality of the facilities provided is up to the mark in terms of the hostel, mess, medical, sports and games. Faculty: Teachers here were really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields as per the requirement. Their teaching quality was great, but it could have been better. The course curriculum was relevant, and it also made students industry-ready.Other: I have chosen this course because I was very fascinated by the food and beverage industry. This course has enough opportunities abroad. The thing about our college is it has a good campus.

State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition started as ‘Food Craft Institute’ in the year 1996 and later became ‘Institute of Hotel Management’ in 2001. The Institute is situated in the sprawling city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. IHM was set up by the Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan and is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, NOIDA. IHM Jodhpur offers a three-year B.Sc. degree programme with an intake of 80 students and a Diploma in three specializations with 30 students in each. Application forms for admission to this institute will be filled out online through the official website. For minimum eligibility to B.Sc. In hospitality and Hotel Administration, a candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream with English as one of the subjects from a recognised board. The minimum eligibility for the Diploma programme is a pass in the 10+2 examination from a recognised board. Admission to the B.Sc. programme is based on the valid score secured in NCHMCT JEE. Admission to the Diploma courses is based on merit in the last qualifying examination.
