A. Berlin is the capital of Germany and is home to world-class universities. Munich, on the other hand is the most popular city in Germany and has some of the best universities around the globe. When it comes to education and the cost of living, Berlin has an upper hand among the two as it offers world-class programs and is cheaper in comparison to Munich. However, in terms of best student cities rankings by QS, Munich has an edge over Berlin with the rank #4. Whereas, the latter has been ranked #9. Nonetheless, both the cities are a part of the top 10 global cities for international students.

Students who are willing to apply at SRH North Rhine-Westphalia and have non-EU citizenship need to provide proof of their English language to apply for the English taught programs at the university. The tests accepted at the university are IELTS; TOEFL iBT and pBT, Duolingo English Test; FCE; CAE and CPE.

If the student is looking for the German taught courses, then SRH North Rhine-Westphalia needs their proof of German Proficiency. Students need to have language skill at C1 level in the accepted test such as DSH, TestDaF or the Goethe certificates.  However, if the student is looking for English taught programs only they are not required to submit the German language skills. Also, it is recommended to the students that they can learn German language to ease their life at the university and can or learn cultural opportunities and job opportunities easily.

No, for the admission at SRH North Rhine-Westphalia, there is no application deadline for international as well as domestic students. The university accepts the application all year round on a rolling basis; students can submit the application any time of the year and the university will share the decision on the application accordingly.
