Yes, international students can pursue MIM in Germany for free. Since, the there is no tuition fee in public German institutions of higher education. Public German universities do not charge any tuition fee either from domestic or international students. However, there are some other fees related to administrative costs that international students have to pay before the start of each semester.

Yes, Germany is one the best options for Indian students to pursue MS degree. German universities are very cheap, since they do not charge any tuition fee from International students. Also, the cost of living in Germany is very affordable in comparison to other European cities. One of the major factors is that majority of the MS programs offered in Germany are taugth in English. For these reasons, Germany is one of the best destinations for Indian students to pursue MS.

For the majorit of the universities in Germany, GRE is not mandatory for MS. However, the technical universities and RWTH Achen asks for GRE scores as part of their admission process. Therefore, international students should check the type of university and the minimum eligibility for MS programs berfore applying into any German university.
